New mobile phone

I finally got around to switching to a new mobile phone and decided to try a Windows Pocket PC phone instead of the more traditional style. It works pretty well most of the time, but it has crashed once already in the couple of weeks that I’ve had it.

Time to change mobile phones

I’m completely out of my old mobile contract now, any tariff change will result in a contract renewal for 12 or 18 months, and my ‘would-likes’ have changed so the time has come to investigate changing mobile phone providers. I’ve been fairly happy with Orange for the last year and a bit, with the exception… Continue reading Time to change mobile phones

Harry had a Triop World kit for his birthday. Being the geeks that we are, we decided to setup a webcam next to the tank and capture images every minute or so. On Sunday we added the water and half the pack of eggs and plant waste as instructed. By Monday evening there were quite… Continue reading Here be monsters!

Maize maze – Whitminster

This weekend we went to visit my parents for a couple of days. It was Geordan’s birthday so we did something different and went to see the maize maze in Whitminster designed by Adrian Fisher. It’s a great afternoon out for the kids and it takes about an hour and a half to go around… Continue reading Maize maze – Whitminster
