Lori’s Graduation Ceremony

It’s official. Lori now has a degree – a B.A. (Hons) Fine Arts. The graduation ceremony was today and it took less time than I thought it would. It was held in the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham city centre and inside it was absolutely packed with all the students in the bottom level and everyone else upstairs.

We got the official photos taken afterwards and since the photographer used a digital camera rather than a normal film camera, they are available on CD as well as printed. If you buy the picture on CD, apparently you get the copyright to the image as well. This means that I can publish a copy online without any problems so here’s a low-resolution version of the family portrait that was taken.

Whilst there, Lori was tipped off by another student of a review of the degree show held last month and we found (through Google) a review of the Nottingham Trent Fine Art degree show. Most of it is about Lori’s part of the show! I hope this link stays active but I’ll probably take a copy of the page just in case.
