It’s been 3 whole days since I had any diet coke (since sunday night)… many cups of tea seems to have helped keep me awake when required although it’s a lot harder to wake up in the morning. I’ve been told it takes 28 days to make or break a habit.. 3 and counting..


  1. Nnnngh. I go through 12 Diet Cokes every 24-36 hours, and sleep for half of that. I’ll never give it up.
    And I quit smoking with precisely no effort or withdrawal symptoms, over a year ago.

  2. I also have 3 of the Cannon’s health club ringpulls, after losing one and giving one away. Such is the level of my addiction.
